Where do we ship?

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. address. We are working on getting our products to more counties. 

How long does it take to process domestic order?

Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 1-3 business days of when the order is placed. We're trying our best to process your order as soon as possible. However, there might be circumstances that cause your order slightly delays, depending on the volume of orders received at the time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

How long does it take to receive domestic order?

Standard domestic shipping takes about 3-7 business days for package delivery. Once your order leave our warehouse, we do not have control over the package. If you experience a shipping delay, please contact USPS directly to tract your order. 

Stolen items

Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items. If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS, as well as a report with your local police.
